Valentine's Day Weekend !

Wow what a weekend ! A blowout Sri Lankin Mac Party on Friday night with 200 wild & Crazy students then Topping that off with A wonderful Jurvenski Cancer Fundraiser on Saturday night with Over 400 guests and some great Disco entertainment with The Travolta's and our own Vinnie D. Guests wandered in the Food Station area to enjoy a delectable Antipasto Bar, Rack of Lamb served in a Martini Glass with Mashed Potatoes, Homemade Lasagna al Forno , Risotto alla Milanese, and Mediteranien skewers of pork Tenderloin, Breast of Chicken and Beef Tenderloin. Wonderful Porketta served by Roberto and the Hit of the evening was Cheeseman's Aglio & Olio by Good Buddy Domenic Grandoni ! All to be topped off by our fabulous sweet table with plenty of Sweet Donations from all great sponsars ! A truly successful evening all around ! Special Thanks to the Organizing committee and the leader of the Pack .... Ralph Olivieri - Great Job Ralph !  Finishing up the weekend with a fabulous wedding for Sandra & Fabian !  Dancing is just getting started !  Happy Valentine's Day to All especially my Wonderful Wife Paula who is my pillar and support during these long weekends of work !  Honey your the best " The most precious possession that ever comes to a man in this world is a woman's heart"  I'm so proud that your heart is mine !  I love you to infinity and beyond !   Love Dom xoxo
